Company Policies

ALL ITEMS ARE PRE ORDER and so, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item you received is damaged.

If you wish to return a damaged item, please follow the procedure below:

  • After your request has been approved, we will respond back and replace your damaged item with a new one. 
  • The product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

International Orders

The customer is responsible for the charges of the returned item shipping fees.

 

ان القطعه المطلوبه تفصال علي حسب طلب الطالب، بناءً علي ذلك لا يوجد استرجاع او تبديل للقطع ، اي تصليحات بالقطعه بسبب خطآ في التفصال او مقاسات القطعه اذا كان المتسبب فيها هو المتجر يتحمل تصليحها المتجر ، اذا كان الخطأ بالقطعه بسبب مقاسات خاطئة من العميل او رغبه منكم بتغير فيتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل

There is no return nor exchange. Any repairs due to an error of sizing and/or detailing in the pieces are under the atelier responsibility. Accordingly, the atelier bears the responsibility for repairing it. Delivery fees are involved for changes at the customer charge.
